Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders across India.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): A ₹100 advance is collected online at checkout to confirm COD orders. The remaining amount is paid at delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most pin codes across India. Availability is checked automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. If COD is not available for your area, only prepaid options will be shown.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through the courier partner's website or your account's order history page.

6. Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 more attempts.
• After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at rajat@quikprof.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
